VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

In addition to the dozens of parents who volunteer their time and talents throughout the year planning and coordinating Grad Night, over 250 parent and community volunteers are needed during Grad Night to help make the event run smoothly and safely and to be a successful fun-filled party for our Grads.  

Volunteers are needed for everything from collecting, prepping and serving food, to hosting tours of the Grad Night venue, greeting vendors and checking-in volunteers, selling tickets, checking-in the Grads, security and first aid, running the casino, coordinating activities and the raffle, and cleaning-up. Shifts start at 2:00 pm on Friday afternoon and go through 12:00 noon on Saturday. There is an opportunity for everyone and every interest (must be at least 21 years old to volunteer).

Volunteer sign-ups begin on April TBD, 2012. If you want a specific job, make sure to sign-up early.  All volunteer shifts will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note:  Parents of DHS seniors attending the Friday, June 8^th graduation ceremony

may NOT sign up for shifts starting before 10:30 pm!
